Screen wont shut down (Power settings)

My setup:

Lenovo thinkpad Edge E145
Opensuse 13.1
KDE
fglrx driver installed.

My problem.. Power settings doesnt work... If I for example have the setting at 1 minute for adjust screen brightness and 2 minutes for screen shutdown then it behaves as follows:

1. After 1minute the screen becomes darker (As it is supposed to)
2. After 2minutes the screen turns bright again and it starts over again from point 1.

What I have tried..

Tried deleting the files in /home/henric/.kde4/share/config (powermanagementprofilesrc)
And restarting the power management service..

Need help..
