Boot programs?

Hi, tried several boot programs to make a usb so i could test Suse but with no luck.. none worked
What are programs i can use to make a working boot usb?
Im in windows not linux. is there not a simple boot program i can just select iso file and usb and done?
Tried Rufus, Lili, and several others and nothing
