zypper up found no key but still installed packages

Hi,

On my update today with 'zypper up' all packages gave the warning "Header V3 RSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID b3fd7e48: NOKEY".

Do I understand correctly that it did not find the key to verify that the packages are OK? Then why have they been installed?
