OpenSuse 13.1 reset Root pw

Am delving into the world of Linux and consider myself an absolute newbie and installed Suse 13.1 distro in dual boot with win 8.1 GRUB
The problem I have is I have forgotten the admin password to access YAST.

What are the steps I need to take to reset this.
I have been looking for instructions but only find for earlier versions of Suse.
