Raid5 down after upgrade from 12.3 to 13.1 versions

I just upgraded my server to OpenSuSE 13.1 and now my RAID5 array is not working correctly. The Syba HW Raid5 card is working, the drives are present in the hardware info daemon, but not mounted as a file system that I can work with. I have attempted to gather information on the system with DMRAID and MDRAD and Expert Partitioner as shown below.
dmraid -l output:

LINUXSERVER:/home/brad # dmraid -l
asr : Adaptec HostRAID ASR (0,1,10)
ddf1 : SNIA DDF1 (0,1,4,5,linear)
hpt37x : Highpoint HPT37X (S,0,1,10,01)
hpt45x : Highpoint HPT45X (S,0,1,10)
isw : Intel Software RAID (0,1,5,01)
jmicron : JMicron ATARAID (S,0,1)
lsi : LSI Logic MegaRAID (0,1,10)
nvidia : NVidia RAID (S,0,1,10,5)
pdc : Promise FastTrack (S,0,1,10)
sil : Silicon Image(tm) Medley(tm) (0,1,10)
via : VIA Software RAID (S,0,1,10)
dos : DOS partitions on SW RAIDs

dmraid -r
no raid disks

mdrad --detail /dev/sdb
mdadm: /dev/sdb does not appear to be an md device

My RAID partitions are highlighted in red - but they are not showing up in the system nor can I mount them in SAMBA. They also appear to have lost "label" information, should read "Media", "Client" and "Backup", it is unknown if the data contatined is also damaged.>:)
