How to enable bluetooth in opensuse 13.1 - Bluetooth Does't Enable even if i switch on bluetooth

Greetings !

I wish not come here but after long search no help from any page, so i have to land here.

I recently installed opensuse 13.1 on my Samsung laoptop.

My wifi network on opensuse 13.1 laptop is working flawlessly when it comes to blue-tooth i have to figure out..

How to enable bluetooth in opensuse 13.1 - Bluetooth Does't Enable even if i switch on bluetooth button.

Where to start the debugging .......... How to enable bluetooth in opensuse? How to find the status wethere bluetooth it is enabled or not from command line.

Do i need to add any special user privileges to access bluetooth service
