Network card driver issue

Okay so i would like to start by saying that this is my first Linux install and I have very little idea what I am doing. I installed opensuse 13.1 months ago and my wireless network card was not working. I tried a couple of things but quickly realized I had no idea what I was doing. I decided to revisit the problem a few days ago and have still gotten nowhere.

My card is an Asus PCE-N53, when I run the lspci grep command I see Network controller: Ralink corp. Device 5592. Also, it shows Ethernet controller: Realtek semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (rev 06), though I think the second one in the on board Ethernet controller. Please help a guy who has no idea what he's doing and would really love to connect to the internet once more.
