OpenSUSE 13.1: How can I install a module via the command line? (e.g. zypper)

I want to download and install the Apache smooth streaming module from Unified Streaming.

My problem is that I cannot follow the following instructions at : http://h264.code-shop.com/trac/wiki/...pache-Version2

since I am only familiar using zypper.

It also requires the apxs2 module extension tool.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction?
