Did repos change for factory?

It says there are 143 updates
and when I tried to update, it
gave me this error message

File './suse/noarch/branding-openSUSE-13.2-2.32.noarch.rpm' not found on medium 'http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss'

I have the factory repos enabled did they change?
