TUMBLEWEED KDE - Best Method To Share Folder Between Windows 10 & openSUSE Connected By VNC?

Hi,

I am running openSUSE Tumbleweed KDE 64Bit
and am using a Windows 10 Pro 64Bit desktop on above using VNC(RealVNC).

Is there a simple and secure method to share a folder between both desktops above?
Tried Googl'ing but not sure what to search for.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
