Hi
Sorry if this sounds dumb but im posting this as a lastr resort. i loaded an old laptop with Suse 13.1
Im having issues with the wireless driver and have tried almost all the procedure related to this topix: bc43xx, ndiswrapper, broadcom-wl, all which are found in various support topics, etc with none of them working.
what i do know is that the wireless device itself it not powering when i log into Suse (light stays off) and i believe this iswhat is causing the issue.
can anyone assist on this cause at the moment the device is not even being picked up on the lspci -vnn or anywere else. the wired connection does work though.
Kind regards
