No sound on Enemy Territory: Quake Wars (etqw)

In 12.2 (when I install it) etqw worked just fine, then the sound stoped working so googling around found this and the script that the are saying worked just fine, untill now.

• The script does not work anymore.
• This other solution does not work either.

Any idea what can I do? :\
