I have a Gigabyte Aero laptop with SuSe Linux 15.1 installed on a partition for dual boot with windows.
The configuration seems to work fine except for wifi.
Windows identifies the WiFi as:
Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650x 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter
(200NGW) #3
Here are the results of the 2 commands that are suggested in the instructions:
/sbin/lspci
03:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wi-Fi 6 AX200 (rev 1a)
/sbin/lspci -n
03:00.0 0280: 8086:2723 (rev 1a)
And here is a bit more information:
/sbin/lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net
03:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Intel Corporation Wi-Fi 6 AX200 [8086:2723] (rev 1a)
Subsystem: Bigfoot Networks, Inc. Device [1a56:1654]
There is no mention of "lan", or any identifiable text in "dmesg" regarding this hardware.
When I use the hardware GUI in YAST I do not see WLAN listed.
The wifi works fine in Windows and I have checked that the wifi is default "on" both in the BIOS and the windows device control panel.
What have I missed?
Thanks for any suggestions.
