Cannot shutting down due to KVM

Hello everyone,
SOMETIMES I shut down or reboot and the screen completely hangs on "KVM: exitting hardware virtualization" (I use text mode boot), I can't do anything with the console.
I check Yast and the kvm package has not been installed yet!
Anyone help me.
