Opensuse 11.3 Cannot start Network Manager

After upgrade from 11.2 suddenly the NM applet disappear or would not get loaded. As a message appear upon rebooting and login saying Network Manager applet couldn't find the required resources.

Please help as I can't start my wifi wireless connection unless I get the applet started.
