to change menu entry...

Hi folks!

how to change menu entry on openS grub ? got on /etc/default/grub >>> GRUB_DEFAULT=saved ...

sorry but really don't get it !?! if I change it with YAST, don't keep the configuration...if I launch YAST via Terminal(root) it is impossible...
