Opensuse 13.1-64
I am not sure when this started as I don't print that often but right now I keep getting this error:
it appears in bulk when I tried to print and de hp procces starts to use up a full cpu core and needs to be killed.
If I try another ubs port I get
until I delete the printer and add it again, and then the same usbfs message appear.
- adding the printer via hp tool
- adding the printer via yast
- adding the printer via cups
- printing test page via hp tool
- printing test page via yast
- printing test page via cups
all the same, they see the printer just fine but that's it.
checking the error leads to posts of 2011 where it was a kernel issue but to be honest I doubt those post still refer to the current version in suse 13.1
so anybody any ideas ?
thanks in advance
