Hello everybody..
I've recently installed the latest snapshot of the factory version of opensuse.
I couldn't establish a PPPOE connection because of the following reasons:
- i have no DSL configuration module in YAST
- i tried rp-pppoe setup, the configuration went fine but the whole system does not recognize the connection(e.g Firefox says it's not connected and using ping command , gives me this : www.google.ro unknown host )
- i tried to switch to networkmanager, but as expected, networkmanager is useless in pppoe connections, never worked for me in any other linux distros.
So basically i ran out of options, if anyone can be so kind .. to just tell me what the fck i'm doing wrong here..??
