TV card FusionHDTV DVB-T Lite Not working

Hi I hope you can help me here.

On a former system running 12.1 the exact same TV card was working. Since it was my understanding that cards running under 12.1 would run also under "13.1", so I thought it was a good bet that everything went smooth (bought a new card) ... no such thing. Here some info out of yast-hardware-information



I also saved to file all the hardware information.(totally different layout). I browsed through the file and found

... "tuner absent", which should be a "Conexant CX23881 chip and Thomson7579 tuner ?!?

I installed all the latest
Any help would be much appreciated
