zypper without internet connection (offline)

Hi,

How can i do zypper refresh, zypper install <packages> and zypper update without internet connection? In other distro, such as ArchLinux, we can download database (metadata) packages manually and can list URL of packages (with its dependencies) on the repository which can use to download it from other computer.
