How can I create Live CD/DVD from my current install?

I've searched extensively and not been able to find a good answer, I am a newbie and maybe just missing something though.
My problem is this, I want a Live CD/DVD with wine installed as well as several Microsoft products. I can create a live cd/dvd with wine but not with the microsoft products and I can create a virtual or usb/hard disk installation and then install the microsoft products, but how do I then get that to a live cd/dvd?
