Unintended App Icons on System Tray

OK, sometimes I lose control of my mouse because I have arthritis, carpal tunnel or whatever. Then I have accidents. Usually, I can recover from accidents, but I can't figure out this one.

At the moment, I have two app icons for Quanta on the sys tray:



I figure it's as easy as removing the icons from the sys tray entries:


But I don't see them. I'm sure this is something simple. Could someone please tell me how to remove the Quanta Icons?
