How do I adjust 'Screen Edges '

I have my TV connected using a DVI output and the screen edges are a bit off...is there a way to adjust the edges to fit?

changing resolution doesn’t fix - they all show the same off edges problem
the only way i can see to fixit is to have a away to adjust from software

any cool apps that could adjust screen edges?:)
