Hello,
I would like to Auto Login into the root account using LXDE as Window Manager.
So far I accomplished the auto login part by setting DISPLAYMANAGER_AUTOLOGIN="root" in /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager.
Also I set DEFAULT_WM="startlxde" in /etc/sysconfig/windowmanager as suggested here:
http://forums.opensuse.org/showthrea...-directly-lxde
Unfortunately this does not help since it does keep auto login into GNOME.
Also even if I turn auto login off, LXDE is not the preselected session in the login screen.
Can someone please help me with this issue?
Also: please don't lecture me about security ********, this is a isolated system in an isolated environment for testing only and I don't want to type in the credentials every reboot.
