Is there still a way that I can upgrade from 12.2?

I am still running 12.2 and I know that I am long overdue for upgrading. Is therre still a way that I can safely upgrade? If so, how do I go about doing this? And if this is possible, do I have to upgrade to the next version and work my way up to the current, or can I upgrade to the current directly?
