no youtube

I would like to watch an occasional youtube video but for whatever reason my laptop does not have that capability. My tower worked from the beginning, but my laptop is going to make me work a little harder.

These are the quotes that I am seeing
"Could not load plugins: File not found"
and
"Error loading player: No playable sources found"

I know it needs some form of plugin but I don't know what it needs.
